Together ERP

See how your business activity connects.

A quotation becomes an order, the order becomes an invoice, and the invoice becomes a recorded payment. When those steps live in one system, “where did this customer get to?” has a single answer.

Reference EST-2041

  1. Quotation

    Sent to the customer

    Items, quantities and terms

  2. Order

    Accepted

    The same items, once agreed

  3. Invoice

    Due

    Issued from that same order

  4. Payment

    Recorded

    Posted against that invoice

The point here is that the records are linked. Moving from one stage to the next is your team’s decision, not something that happens automatically in every case.

What the system covers

Arranged around the daily work, not around a feature list

  • When you sell

    • Quotations
    • Orders
    • Products and services

One set of items used across the quotation, the order and the invoice, instead of being retyped each time.

  • When money moves

    • Invoicing
    • Income
    • Expenses

The invoice is linked to what it came from, the payment is posted against it, and the expense is recorded where it belongs.

  • When you deliver

    • Projects

Follow what is in progress and keep it tied to the customer and to its financial documents.

  • When the customer gets in touch

    • Customer records
    • Support

One customer record holding their dealings, their documents and their support requests.

Configuration

The system is configured around your operation, not the other way round

  1. Setting up the core data

Products, services, customers and the line items as you actually use them.

  2. Connecting to other systems

Connections run through APIs, and their scope follows what the other system exposes.

  3. Moving into use

Ordering how existing data comes in and getting the team onto the new cycle.

Every solution is quoted against its own scope, once we understand how you work and what you need.

Common questions

Questions before you start

What is the difference between Together ERP and a custom system?

Together ERP is an existing system we configure around your operations, so you start faster on a proven base. A custom system is built from the ground up when your rules are distinctive enough that an existing system cannot hold them. We help you work out which fits your case.

Can it connect to the systems we already use?

Connections are possible through APIs and depend on what the other system exposes. We review the case and establish what can be connected within an agreed scope; we assume compatibility with no particular system in advance.

Does it suit a small business, or only large companies?

It suits a business that has reached the point where its records are scattered across files and people. Headcount is not the measure — the measure is how many steps lose their trail between selling and getting paid.

How do we start?

With a demo against a case close to your business. Then we agree what needs configuring and what needs connecting, and send a quote with a clear scope.

Let us start from your current cycle

Tell us how the work runs today from quotation to payment and where the trail goes cold, and we will come back with a demo and a quote against the scope.
