Questions about Bulk SMS
What documents are needed to activate a Sender Name?
Your company’s Commercial Register and Tax Card. Activation is a one-time EGP 2,150 excluding VAT, takes 7–10 business days, and includes 1,000 free SMS once it is done.
Which networks does a campaign reach?
All four Egyptian networks — Vodafone, Orange, Etisalat by e& and WE — from one campaign and one balance.
Which contact-file formats are supported?
Excel, CSV and TXT. The platform removes duplicate numbers automatically before sending, so you never pay twice for the same number.
Can I schedule when a campaign goes out?
Yes. Schedule the campaign for the date and time you want instead of sending immediately, then follow the results from your dashboard.
How does message length affect usage?
An Arabic message up to 70 characters counts as one SMS, and an English one up to 160. Longer messages split and use more than one unit per recipient — the calculator above shows you the number as you type.
