Who we are

This policy covers the Together website. Together is an Egyptian company based at 8 Ibrahim Nagi Street, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form we ask for your name, email address, optionally your phone number and company name, and the content of your message. We also receive whatever you choose to share when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

This website does not ask for payment details, does not collect sensitive personal data, and does not require you to create an account.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or scope of work, and follow up if we go on to work together. We do not sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to answer them and follow up with you, and records connected to actual engagements for as long as Egyptian accounting and legal requirements demand.

Sharing

Technical service providers we rely on — such as our hosting provider and email service — may process your data on our behalf, only to the extent needed to run the website and reply to you.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement tags on this website. Tag Manager decides nothing about you on its own: it loads the tags we configure in it, and those tags follow the choice you make.

Analytics storage and advertising storage stay switched off until you allow them. Essential storage stays available, because the site needs it to display correctly and to stay secure.

Google Analytics 4 and any advertising tags are configured inside Tag Manager rather than in the website's code. Whenever such a tag is active, it is governed by the consent state you selected.

We do not intentionally send anything you type into the contact form — your name, your email address, your phone number, your company name or the content of your message — to analytics or advertising tools.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control at the bottom of any page. Reopening it shows the choice we currently have stored for you.

Your choice is kept in your own browser's local storage, together with the version of the consent options you were shown and the time you chose. That record holds no name, no contact details and nothing that identifies you.
