About the Job
- Getting customer interest on our service / product.
- Makes phone calls to get meeting with the potential customers
- Collect & document customer basic information.
- Maintaining hard work and positive attitude.
- Report the customer information in the correct system
- Giving clear information about our product / service to the customer.
- Identify & escalate priority issues.
- Follow-up with customers when necessary..
- Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management.
- Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management.
- Telesales experience or customer service is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport, establish trust, and influence people of all levels resulting in more appointments or sales.
- Knowledge of Digital marketing is preferable.
